Iphone and android app

I want to create an application that allows to automatically block thanks to the system of geolocation, the reception of telephone call and emails and some app of his employer outside his place of work.and then, people can choose how far from his job place, his job's mail,phone numeber and app can be reactivated. do this project is interessant for you?
