Increase followers for Natural skincare company

Hi, I am a UK (london) based natural skincare company who has a physical presence in some London stores. However, we need to increase our number of organic followers on social media and increase traffic to our website, so it results in more sales . We are looking for someone who can increase our social media followers and especially aim at the target group of 15-30 females.
