Web developper needed

Hi there, i seek a web developper for my new website.
The website is almost completed.
There are some small spots like:
- The google map integration.
- Make the link between our action buttons and the bottom contact page.
- Create one action button in our video and make the link with our bottom contact page.
- Check our Cpanel.
- Add a second administrator email.
- Fix the home page latency.

In that way, he must have all the skills required.
