Marketplace Website

The site construction project is based on the creation of a marketplace website, but with some innovative actions that do not yet exist in this market.
I need some web designer to create this platform. The idea is ready, and I need to start building the site.
The goal is to first create a template site to test it. The website should contain all the tools necessary for the interaction of people, but at the lowest possible cost. As I said I want to test it with some people before to launches it to the public.
