Looking for a personnal Virtual Assistant

Hello,

I am looking for one or two VA who can help me in performing different kind of tasks :

- making several researches online for me
- ordering pictures in a database
- helping me for administrative work
- helping me planning personal events
- helping me planning my next vacations

Researched Profile :
- perfect english and/or french
- if possible the person would be from America, China or India.

I'll do my best to be the most precise possible while asking a task. I am looking for somebody who agree to be paid for each task according to the time spent at the beginning (during the first week). Then we could agree to work together on the long term for a certain number of hours / month.
I need to be able to change VA if the first tempatives are not convenient for both of us.
