Application iPhone + website

Bonjour,

We are building a Database-supported app and website for the French market and we are looking for an APP developer and a HTML developer to build a test version of both app and website.

When a user makes a search by category and location, the app and website should show a list of results from the database, with filters options and photos and reviews of each item. We need to include possibility to add reviews and add items too.

We have a prototype very basic and we need to build the app + the website + all the graphic part.

I would like to know the cost, the time needed to complete this and the payment process.
