App & website development

Hello all,
I am looking for someone who can help me in development of website & app development.
As this is my first time in outsourcing I will start with small work of 2-3 days ( I can pay on hourly basis ) & after that if I like your work we can discuss my project in detail and move ahead .
Let me get you basic introduction about what i am looking for
A normal website which will be built in Wordpress ( most of the pages are informative ) with future option to addition of e commerce module
An Android + IOS app ( Native/hybrid oppen for suggestions )
So please help me with some good website & apps of yours and we can discuss more on this
I can pay 10€/hour and if someone with great experience I can make it 12€.
