Protocole ONVIF sur caméra IP.

Le but de développement est de porter le protocole ONVIF sur une caméra IP en cours de developpement.
langage C,C++ sous LINUX.

- Compliant device to Profile S : encoders and IP cameras

- Streaming over RTSP with gstreamer/v4l2 (already done with gstreamer, but without ONVIF)
