Technical support on Customer Production environments,IT Management and administration on LINUX Red Hat, Debian, SAN environments and associated components. Incident and Problem management: IT support for monitoring teams, procedures writing and updates. Linux and SAN incidents analysis, Level 2 support for Linux and SAN incidents that have been created by monitoring teams and/or Customers, incidents update into the databases until resolution with control of SLA,manage interface with software editors, problems management, put in place if necessary alternative solutions before complete incident resolution, Change management: organize and execute planned changes. Project management:participate to evolution projects (Monitoring tools, servers migration) Required skills: Linux environments : - Linux (Red Hat) - Debian - IBM SAN, Brocade switch, - Nagios, Cacti - Development : Shell, Perl Required competencies: Linux Red Hat ( 4 / 5 ) / Debian ( 4 / 5 ) / SAN ( 3 / 5 ) / Cacti,Nagios ( 4 /5 ), Shell, Perl development ( 4 / 5 )
