I want to create a plugin to offer membership to list owners. The affiliation will focus on ad creation and improvements on membership packages.

There are two solutions:

1) Create the plugin from A to Z

2) Connect an existing plugin affiation

I look for a coder allowing me to create this project.

Although the plugin contain all historic data and all that goes with it for a full plugin.
