Apple Watch App

Hello,

I am looking for someone (or a team) reliable to create (develop and simple graphism) one app for the upcoming Apple Watch.

Requirement :
Apps should be submitted before the release.

App : Super simple app that will allow user to click on it in order to tell a message like: I have done that.

At the end of the day, the app will show to user a brief report according results of their actions.
A weekly/monthly report should also be available to display for user.

I will provide a complete requirement document for the app including a workflow that is expected from me.

I don't provide design for the app, so it will fall to the freelancer to come up with those (design, animation...etc).

PS : I am looking for a trustable and reliable freelancer. If the job goes well I will put my next app (Apple Watch app) in the freelancer's hand. But I rather focus at one at a time.
