Angularjs Spring Rest

I need help from a angularjs expert to help me developing a simple application of a hiring recruitment CV/test ,QCM. ... The recruited developer will be assigned to all (or some of) following tasks: crate a Candidate/Admin authentication page.Create User compt, Admin Compt ,a form to enter user information, a qcm interface and admin interfaces to mange all Cv and test. the interfaces should be related to my backend Is this something you can work on?
