AltCoin creation.

We would like to create a new alt coin (litecoin clone) using X11 algorythm and proof of stake.

It would be an alt coin to use for starcraft betting (where you bet on your own games); so it would consist of a new "bet" tab inside the wallet; with the option to link your starcraft account to your personal address; and chose your opponent / number of games (best of 1-3-5-7; 1v1; 2v2) / map

We would like the coin to use its blockchain as "proof of bet" to have a decentralized betting system; but we would also consider "centralized" offers.

We aren't developers; so we would like a precise plan about how everything could be setup.
