I hope you dont mind I write you in english as my french writing skills are not very good, however you can write me back in french if you prefer.

I have e-commerce website that I need to do some work on and I was wondering if you could help me out. Before giving you details about those changes I like to know how do this work, are you paid by hours, by project or on monthly bases? I may have couple of changes to do now but then I would need someone to maintain website throughout the time.
What about timing, I mean once you have all details about the job is the service relatively quick ?
