Geolocation web application using webdev

We are looking for a freelance expert in WebDev (PC SOFT) to develop a WEB geolocation application.
This application should retrieve data from our DB and server and display them on a google maps, Also should display the report and configuration part

Mission :
- Carry out the developments in WebDev
- Carry out unit tests of integration, non-regression, performance.
- Participate in process tests.
- Participate in the development and realization of the modules.
- Respect deadlines, cost and quality.
- Report on the progress of the work to the team leader.
