Optimization site wordpress, modification plugin

I have a wordpress website, it's an online magazine, which due to a bad developing is full of bugs.
I need someone who could analyze the current state of the site, fix those bugs and help me to improving it, and find the right solutions to make it work smoothly.

I have a tailor made photo widget which needs to be debugged too.
