Decrypting signals from the printer chip

We need to address the issue for decrypting signals from the chip then the printer recognize it the refilled cartridges as full.
Refiled the cartridges is currently non-existent. Indeed, the chips embedded on the cartridges emit signals to the printer which recognizes the cartridges as being empty even after refiling.
The goal is to decrypt the signals at first and then to:
- Use a reseter and reset the chip to be recognized as new by the printer.
Or
- Design a new chip with the same signals as the original one
