Need website + content in FR - Need multiple sites

Note: the content below is in English, but you can contact us in French, as we understand it. sufficiently.

We need a French speaking freelancer who can create several websites and blogs for us each month. We will give you the topic and URL, you need to create a website around it: layout AND content writing. We are looking for at least 8 to 10 pages of content (in French) on each site (including 'about me' and 'contact' page). You can choose the technology: Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, html, php, ... If you can handle multiple technologies, even better.

Contact me if you want to see some examples of what we need. We have a budget between €100 and €250 for each site, everything included. Multiple sites needed each month.
