Outils d'audit pour Cookies

Je suis avocat francais/anglais specialise dans les nouvelles technologies et je cherche a developper une application pour mon site internet afin d'offrir la possibilite pour les visiteurs de mon site de faire un audit 'cookies' d'un site internet vise.

Voici les details techniques de mon idee (en anglais, c'est plus facile pour moi, j'espere que c'est lisible):

I want a PHP function that can scan a website URL and collect information on any cookies used by that website. Further details as follows:

a.) We pass the function the name of a website URL (e.g. [URL visible pour les membres Pro])
b.) The function will scan the top 2 levels of internal links, up to 10/20 pages maximum, and visit each page.
c.) The function will capture (or analyse) any cookies created as part of the scan
d.) The function will also look for any known 'cookie-enabled' 3rd party functions, such as google analytics, google adwords, bing adverts etc, using a master list of known apps. I expect it will do this by looking at the source code of each page for evidence such as "google-analytics.com/ga.js" for Google Analytics.
e.) Details of any cookies found (direct or 3rd party) will be written to a simple MySQL database along with the Website URL and a date and time stamp.

Deliverable:
1.) A simple one page website that allows me to enter a website URL and click a button to scan.
2.) A scan takes place as per the requirements above.
3.) The results are stored to a simple MySQL database.
4.) The results are displayed in a table on the webpage with the following information: name of the cookies, where does it come from, expiry date.

Mes questions:
- est-ce faisable?
- si oui, pour quel budget?
- combien de temps est-il necessaire pour cela?
