I have an online roommate & rental website ([URL visible pour les membres Pro]) and I am looking for someone that can improve the ranking.

I would like to generate [Téléphone visible pour les membres Pro] unique visits/day. I would like this traffic to be search generated and organic. (I am not looking for a ppc expert)

Some tasks :
1- Auto-generated navigation links above the countries and cities in the bottom of index page
2- Auto-generated SEO friendly page title, Meta keywords, Meta description tags and rewrite all PHP URLs (PHP to HTML)

For this project the language skills are important too, you must read/write without problems at least one of these languages : Arabic (Classical or Moroccan dialect), French or English.
