Transform from flash to .Net + some modifications

we need to transform a video/audio application from flash to .NET with other modifications
2-add a control Panel to splitt the main server to many servers
3-from every server, is generated many rooms (exemple of room: [URL visible pour les membres Pro] )
3- room panel to add moderators and control the room options
4-make a report with all the room actions historic and the moderators behavior for the last 72 hour
5- imitate the login method of Ivocalise application
