Customization d'un template Os Commerce

I bought a template. I want to customize it. It's an Os commerce template. The template has already 3 languages.

-to enlarge the picture around 200x200 pics, -
-to add three different view to each picture,
-to add a rollover image on the picture. -
-to add two additional languages in the template (swedish, french).
-to add all the page which are in the framework.
-to add an entrance page as a flash or video
-to add logo in the address menu
-to put the website online
-to adapt the graphic. I will give the new graphic as a psd file.
