Development of an iphone/ipad application

I'm currently looking for a developpers willing to create Fun & Small applications based on the news. for example the vuvuzelas app during the world cup

Coding wise, those applications are not hard to code but I demand that the project is quickly executed and have great UI/Design/sounds.
