Installation of ATOS/Sips extension in Magento

Hi there,
I’m a novice e-commerce developer using Magento for my first site with no real customization and am having problems getting a banking payment extension to work – I am looking for someone to get it working for me for the test phase and then into production…the only issue is that all the documentation for the extension is in French (the site will be in French and English) as it is the ATOS/Sips extension for use with Banque Populaire. Do you think this would be something you would be interested in doing, if so could you give me some idea of cost for this piece of work….I have a feeling there will be other work in the future as I am much more of a graphics person than developer !
