Linkbuilding to new French shopping comparison sit

We run successful shopping comparison sites in the US and UK and now we are entering new markets in France, Germany and Spain.

We need whitehat linkbuilding to our new sites in those countries. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU SPEAK AND WRITE THE RESPECTIVE NATIVE LANGUAGES. It's required that the linkbuilding is done from pages in those countries. If you only can help us out with one language/site it's OK.

We know this takes time and effort so we want this to be an ongoing project with monthly payments. We will need to see examples of your previous and related work.

Description of project:
-Non reciprocal, whitehat, relevant and longterm link building. It's very important that this is done "legally" (according to google).

Please consider this project as something extra, since we are online in many countries, if you do a good job, there is more coming.

We are looking for a very good FRENCH OR SPANISH OR GERMAN speaking/writing and cunning SEO EXPERT from Asia (or elsewhere if you can match the bids) to have a long term partnership with, the first term will be ONE month and after that we will do an evaluation, if you have done a good job then we will sign on atleast 3 more months.

Consider this as a part time job to work with a couple of hours a day.
