Développement de la stratégie de contenus à l’international de l'ensemble des clients français de Samba Digital.

J'ai notamment travaillé avec la : LFP, FFF, LNB, Roland-Garros, San Antonio Spurs, Stade Français Rugby, OM, PSG, ASM, RCSA, LOSC, Team Cofidis, Cercle de Bruges...

Customer relationship management:
- Develop and implement client service strategies to increase sales while providing a positive experience for all clients.
- Assess revenue growth opportunities through tailored client plans
- Oversee the activities of the client team to ensure customers' needs are met and their
problems resolved.
- Contact clients regularly to identify their needs and ensure they are satisfied with the
service received.
- Escalate service-related issues to resolve client complaints and problems.
- Carry out product/service assessments and liaise with the production to ensure they
meet the specifications set by clients.
- Onboard new clients and projects until project initiation is completed.

Business Development :
- Prepare and manage budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients to ensure they are mutually beneficial,
valuable for our clients' fees, and profitable for the business.
- Ensure the client contracts are renewed annually, with up-selling year on year to reflect
increasing value-added.
- Pursue business growth by making successful pitches to ensure the region meets its business targets.
- Engage with potential clients to build relationships and create new leads
