Searching for a developper for Wordpress

Our company (L’ostéopathe magazine) is using Wordpresss for its website, and is using the plugins Woocommerce + Subscriprion for its e-shop. Our company sell on its e-shop a periodical. We propose to our customers to to have acces to our periodical by a unity purchase, or to to subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription.
Some weeks ago, we have installed the Stripe plugin on Woocommerce platform. We still have to make the final stage of the order by making a manual ending of it.
More, concerning the subscriptions, we have to manually change the state of the subscriber when its subscription is finished (by changing manually its state from “Subscriber” to “Customer”).
Thus, our company would like to move a step forward for our Woocomerce system of subscriptions by :
• Making the automatic final acceptation and ending of the orders (we would like to not make it manually anymore)
• For our subscribers, we would like to install a plug in which can automatically desactivate a subscriber subscription and change the condition of the subscribers’ wordpress account. This desactivation is based on the date of the subscription (Example : if a person get an annual subscription in the D, we would like in the day D-1 of the year N+1, Wordpress/woocommerce change automatically the condition of the account from subscriber to Customer, if no new subscription have been ordered.

Our conditions are the following ones:
• We would like to install it as soon as possible during the month of July,
• We would like to use existing Plugins proposed by Wordpress and Woocommerce (and just make the integration of it on the system).
