At Accor, the largest French hotel group, I play a key role in developing and evolving the Accor ALL app, an application with millions of daily users globally. As part of a 15-member iOS team within a broader 60+ product and development team, I focus on delivering new features and improving user experience across the platform.

My Key Contributions:
• Lead Design Developer – Spearheading the UI transition from UIKit to SwiftUI, optimizing performance, and ensuring a sleek, cohesive design system that enhances the app’s overall smoothness and responsiveness.
• Feature Development – Delivered impactful features such as Year in Review and Digital Welcome Drink, elevating user engagement and personalization within the app.
• Architectural Improvements – Refactored legacy code to improve maintainability and adopted clean architecture principles to ensure long-term scalability.
• Design System Management – Established and maintained SwiftUI best practices, ensuring consistency in the app’s design and functionality.
• Backend Integration – Implemented network abstractions using Apollo GraphQL for seamless data interactions, boosting the app’s responsiveness.
• Agile Environment – Worked within SCRUM methodologies, contributing to fast, iterative sprints to push new updates regularly.
• CI/CD Optimization – Collaborated on automation pipelines via Bitrise and GitHub Actions to streamline testing and deployment.

This role allowed me to merge technical expertise with design leadership, enhancing both the visual identity and performance of one of the most widely used hospitality apps in Europe.

At FTEX, a company specializing in IoT solutions for connected bikes, I took on the exciting challenge of developing Evionics, a white-label app that connects directly to electric bikes. This project was built entirely from scratch, allowing me to shape the app’s architecture, design, and core functionalities from the ground up.

My Key Contributions:
• Full-Cycle Development – Designed and implemented the entire iOS app using Swift and UIKit, crafting a user-friendly interface and seamless user experience.
• IoT Integration – Developed critical features to connect the app to bikes via CoreBluetooth (BLE), enabling configuration of electric assistance, speed monitoring, and over-the-air (OTA) updates.
• Embedded Collaboration – Worked closely with embedded engineers to define Bluetooth protocols and ensure smooth communication between the app and the bike’s firmware.
• Navigation & Mapping – Integrated CoreLocation and the Google Maps SDK to implement real-time cycling navigation and route management.
• Security & Payments – Implemented Apple Sign-In and in-app purchases, ensuring a secure and frictionless user experience.
• Backend Services – Leveraged Parse Server for backend interactions, deploying Node.js cloud functions to handle app logic and device communication.

This project highlighted my ability to blend app development with embedded systems, bridging the gap between hardware and software to deliver a fully functional, connected product.

At Hopeful Tragedy Records, a Montreal-based music label, I led the development of Club, a social media app designed to bridge the gap between artists and their audience. This project was developed entirely from scratch, with the primary focus on live video streaming as a core feature to enhance artist-fan engagement.

My Key Contributions:
• Full App Development – Built the app from the ground up using Swift and UIKit, crafting an intuitive, engaging interface tailored for artists and fans.
• Live Streaming Core – Implemented a robust live video solution using AVPlayer, allowing artists to host live performances directly through the app.
• Social Engagement – Created an Instagram-like feed, enabling artists to share updates, videos, and content with their followers in real time.
• Real-Time Interaction – Added live chat features to boost fan interaction during live streams, fostering a more connected community.
• Push Notifications – Integrated push notifications to keep users updated on live events, new content, and artist announcements.
• Secure Access & Monetization – Integrated Apple Sign-In and developed in-app purchases to offer exclusive content and fan experiences.

This project allowed me to combine media streaming, social engagement, and e-commerce features into a cohesive platform, showcasing my ability to deliver fully functional, high-impact apps from concept to deployment.
