Data scraping sur un site immobilier

Hi,

I need to scrape real estate listing on a major site in order to calculate average price in different locations and make data cruching of the base.

The site is in hebrew but can be easily exploited by using google translation. I need data per city on sales market: price, size, number of rooms, location in the city and need format on csv or json afterwards.

On continuous basis, I would need update each month, please price me this also, site is

and there are 80.000 ads to scrape

1) I request a quote for the first scraping and for the monthly one
2) If you can't access to the site, please use proxies or VPN, I have no solution for this :)
3) I need also the timing you propose for sending the data file
4) Please notice that it seems that the site use some protections to prevent scraping and requires javascript for this

One expert from upwork told me that an expert of PhantomJS would be at ease with the job
