Below is the description of our request.
You will act as the Personal Assistant of the 2 Executives of a company which is dedicated to activities aimed for organisations and individuals. The activities include international speaking, consulting and coaching.
We are looking for somebody who is dedicated, with a long-term relationship approach. As Executives often travelling worldwide, we are looking for somebody who is independent and can be reached easily by call and email. For the beginning, a contract of 20 hours per month will be established.
Your responsibilities typically include:
· Acting as a first point of contact for customers’ requests
· Liaising with suppliers and clients
· Fill social media page (blog, post my feeds, post videos YouTube, ... FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, ...)
· Manage and fill expenses, update accounting tool
· Generate new leads opportunities for speaking in corporates and on business forums
· Contact media and influencers
· Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
· Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
· Organising events and conference
· Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
· Update online program content
· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Good written communication skills
· Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
