Création de petit site web

The website should contain two areas.
Guest area where people see the content.
There should be a possibility to comment and rate the content and a small search function where people can search for certain characteristics (tags). Furthermore a mask for messages to the admin would be nice.

The admin should of course be able to place and change the content and to view the stats in some free webanalytics tool.

All of this should be in a nice/ appealing design and of course contain the usual stuff like impressum, contact, etc.
