I got an academic education, before and all along my career. My assignments allowed me to deal with increasing amounts of biological data. Then, I got the the chance to develop strong skills in IT and turned to bioinformatics and data analysis in general. I feel especially mindful with readability, reliability and reproductibility concerns around data processing operations.
I feel concerned about dealing large amount ot of heterogenous data, in order to disclose clear facts and make complex problems simpler.
I can deal with all data processing steps : collect, select, store, format, integrate, tranform, analyze, correlate, visualize, modelize.
