Developpement iOs & Android App - avant 25 octobre

Working with Google, I need to deliver them a new app for their marketing department. The app objective is to allow Google's sales reps to take pictures of brands/shops/marketing campaigns they see in their daily life and send them to our data base. As you see, the app is very simple.
1st screen: "Take a snap" allowing the user to take a picture of the brand/shop/campaign
2nd screen: "Your snap is being processed
3nd screen: "Your snap has been set to X" or "We can't send your snap, do you want to notify us by email?"
& then -> go back to homepage The app must be adapted to the back-end of our webapp so that all the snaps can be delivered within this database. I need a Google Play (1st priority) and iOs (2nd priority) versions.

The job is quite simple, and Google will be a very good reference to show up to get new I need this app to be developed and fully ready before October 25th
