Prototype de station météo

Bonjour, nous aurions besoin de réaliser une station météo connectée pour un projet de la d.school (à l'Ecole des Ponts ParisTech). Il nous en faut au moins une voire deux en fonction du devis.

Description of the product : We want to build a system composed by one raingauge and one anemometer in order to provide to farmers relevant information about theirs remote plots. The system will be fixed to a pole in windy and humid place during two months and consequently have to be waterproof and robust enough. We already have the pole. The system have to be autonomous and does not need any human intervention to work.

The rain gauge have to automatically runs down. He measures the rain in mm.
The anemometer measures wind speed in km/h and wind direction.

Each value have to be read remotely (to several kilometers far).

Battery : Autonomous battery. Two months longevity. The rain gauge and anemometer have to be on the same battery.

Connectivity : No wifi in the place, but GSM and possibly 3G. The system have to be able to send data to a private server with API.

Server : Private server with API in order to send data to an external cloud. We already have this external cloud. A web app will gather the data from this cloud. We already have this web app.

Mechanism : Automatic rain gauge with no need of human intervention to empty it and send data.
For the anemometer, the best should be an ultrasound one like Netatmo anemometer.

Measure frequency: every 15 minutes or less.

Accuracy : 1 mm for the rain gauge. Farmer wants to read the last 24 hours rainfall.
1 km/h for the anemometer (range: 0-30 km/h).

Note: We have already a full netatmo weather station. If it can be used for our system, we can provide it. We let the choice of the material and will buy what is needed.
