Consultant ITSM

Our client is looking for that type of profile:

• Manage and provide the support of the 3 applications for the end users
• Administrate Jira/JSD instances in IT EA scope
• Administrate Confluence instances in IT EA scope
• Gather end-users feedbacks and requests on these latter products
• Create solutions on these products for end users
• Create documentation for maintaining Jira/JSD and Confluence
• Participate to eventual projects about these 3 solutions
Perform Testing process for these 3 solutions
